That way weeks from the Party when you finally remember to sit down and write up thank you notes youll know who brought each of the gifts and you can put in telling details about the gift so guests dont think that they are receiving a form note.

Last but not least all of your guests probably wont know each other so you should put together some fun Games and activities to help them get acquainted. Probably the simplest and easiest way is the Who Am I game. As the guests arrive pin or tape a piece of paper with a famous persons name on it to their back. This way all the other guests will be to see who they are but they dont know. The guests will have to mingle at the Party asking each other questions about who their persona is in order to figure out whats on the piece of paper. You can give out prizes to the first, second and third guests who figure out who they are in order to further enco urage mingling.
