The said orders of promise fulfillment stand binding on him vide order no. 123/thebigpromise/ must do to meet her, dtd. 1st May, 2006, passed by additional commisioner-1, LOVE and taxes department, Government of heavens.

This is a rather unusual story of a promise made in the Rains of 2003, and the promisor's chase to Realise that promise right before the rain of 2006...

With her eyes chasing him everywhere and the promise killing him everyday...
