Have you ever wanted to create a scenary of a mountain early in the Morning with the Sun shining through and Sunlight peeking in? Well, I have made a simple tutorial on how to do this. What I do caution is your ability to use the Pen Tool in Adobe Photoshop because if you don't know how to use it, it wont help you too much. However, you can still use the Polyganol Lasso Tool to do it also. The only down side to that is the jagged edges you may run into that will make an image look much unrealistic than it can potentially be.
It's fairly simple and the concept behind it is just imagination. Imagine yourself drawing an image of that calibur a nd just put it into paper. For this purpose, into Photoshop. Now let me sum it up for you:
What you should be familiar with before starting.
* Creating new layers.
* Duplicating layers.
* Selecting colors through the HEX #.
* Awareness of the top menu commands (i.e. Filter, Image, File, etc.)
* Pen Tool.
* Brushes (the hard edge and soft edgs).
* Opacity (how to go about changing and adjusting them).
* The modes (how to go about changing and adjusting them).
Now, with that being said, let's get started shall we.
Here is how the image is going to turn out: ---http://sixpop.com/images/images/52114333.jpg
